Bug#802852: ITP: rhvoice -- free and open source speech synthesizer

2015-10-24 Thread Yauhen Kharuzhy
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist
Owner: Yauhen Kharuzhy <jek...@gmail.com>

* Package name: rhvoice
  Version : 0.5.1~pre-20151020
Upstream Author : Olga Yakovleva <yakovleva@gmail.com>
* URL : https://github.com/Olga-Yakovleva/RHVoice
* License : LGPL-3+, GPL-3+, BSD-3-clause, MIT, BSL-1.0, LGPL-2.1
  Programming Lang: C, C++
Description : free and open source speech synthesizer

RHVoice is a open source speech synthesizer with good quality and
perfomance. It supports Russian, English, Esperanto and Georgian
languages and can be used in text-to-speech systems (with Speech
Dispatcher for instance).

RHVoice uses statistical parametric synthesis. It relies on existing
open source speech technologies (mainly HTS and related software).

Voices are built from recordings of natural speech. They have small
footprints, because only statistical models are stored on users'
computers. And though the voices lack the naturalness of the
synthesizers which generate speech by combining segments of the
recordings themselves, they are still very intelligible and resemble the
speakers who recorded the source material.

I plan to prepare package, upload it via sponsor (found already) and
maintain by myself.

Dear Maintainer,

Please consider a enabling of SMOKE Qwt5 libraries building and

Interesting... and not reproducible. Which interface is affected, i.e.
can you guess it? Maybe by looking at NetworkStatusDevice option and the
position of crash causing tray window.

wlan0 and eth0, any of them. Icewm crashes immediately after moving mouse
pointer, without any delay. CPU tray window works well.

Please also send me a copy of /proc/net/dev (dumped to a file).

In attacment.

Hm. This version works fine for me (and I suspected that you're using
version 1.1.92-0.1 from experimental). Could you find a list of
 packages which were
updated just before the messages started to appear?
Unfortunately, I did this some months ago (approximately August 25) and
not remember any info about this upgrade. But, as I heard, many lock-related
checks had been added to XCB and many applications fails them. Probably,
it's problem in tk library.

BTW, there are many similar bugs in Debian BTS
 (http://merkel.debian.org/~don/cgi/search.cgi?phrase=Locking+assertion+failureskip=20order_field=order_operator=STRAmax_results=10next=Next).
These error messages appear for very different applications.

 Cheers!

Bug#498505: mdadm: Bug still not fixed

2008-11-03 Thread Yauhen Kharuzhy
Package: mdadm
Version: 2.6.7.1-1
Followup-For: Bug #498505

Problem still not fixed in 2.6.7.1-1. I start to reshape RAID5 array and
reboot machine. After that, mdadm --assemble causes segmentation fault. While
machine was powered off, some drives was moved to other SATA connectors and
devices in Linux was changed respectively (/dev/sdg was moved to /dev/sdd).

Bug#465838: linux-2.6: New PATA drivers are disabled

2008-02-15 Thread Yauhen Kharuzhy
Package: linux-2.6
Version: 2.6.24-4
Severity: normal

The pata_pcmcia driver is missing in latest kernel, but the ide-cs driver
doesn't work properly on my hardware (IBM ThinkPad T23).

I know that PATA drivers have been disabled due fixing bug #419458, but
this fix don't give a freedom of choice to users. I want to use the
ata_piix for my IDE controller, but I need to recompile this module by
hands.

Bug#420974: xterm: Bug is not fixed, because KOI8-R is not only one cyrillic charset.

2007-06-29 Thread Yauhen Kharuzhy
Package: xterm
Version: 226-1
Followup-For: Bug #420974

I use locales ru_RU.CP1251 and be_BY.CP1251, CP1251 is another cyrillic
charset, and this bug still exists for me and many users from ex-USSR.
Additionaly, another one-byte charsets exist, not only for cyrillic
symbols, and fixing this bug for KOI8-R users only is error.

Bug#405524: icecast2: /admin/streamlist.txt is empty when mount tags are missing in config.

2007-01-04 Thread Yauhen Kharuzhy
Package: icecast2
Version: 2.3.1-5
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

When mount tags are missing in config, then http://icecast
server:port/admin/streamlist.txt returns empty file, ever it has same
sources active. It makes feature master-slave relay unusable.

Patch fixes this problem by making streamlist.txt generation similar way
with streamlist.xsl generation (by avl tree global.source_tree iterating).

After I have dri, AIGLX and drm working (no error message any more). So
 please
reassign to bug to the kernel team.

Yes, 3D works, but EXA still works slow and unreliable :(
