Package: centericq Version: 4.21.0-2 Severity: important *** Please type your report below this line *** Behind a firewall that don't allow other ports that 80, it is possible to use yahoo and icq protocol simply changing the servers port to 80. This doesn't work for MSN. I tried with gaim, at it give me an option called 'Use HTTP method', and it works behind this firewall. Bug#328245: laptop-net: N_RETRIES in src/arp_discovery.c too low
Package: laptop-net Version: 2.26-1 Severity: normal For the networks i'm connecting to, this parameter's value (8) is too low. This is nearly the same as #168507. There is the need to recompile arp_discovery, so maybe a run-time version of this parameter could be useful. debconf information reports i'm using module-name tg3, but i also tried without module loading/unloading. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12.3 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages laptop-net depends on: ii debconf 1.4.52 Debian configuration management sy ii ifupdown 0.6.7 high level tools to configure netw ii libc6 2.3.5-3GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libnet1 1.1.2.1-2 library for the construction and h ii libpcap0.70.7.2-7System interface for user-level pa ii lockfile-progs0.1.10 Programs for locking and unlocking ii module-init-tools 3.2-pre1-2 tools for managing Linux kernel mo ii modutils 2.4.27.0-3 Linux module utilities ii net-tools 1.60-15The NET-3 networking toolkit laptop-net recommends no packages. -- debconf information: laptop-net/domain-name: laptop-net/split-config-files: laptop-net/default-nameserver: * laptop-net/overwrite-config-files: false laptop-net/ip-address: * laptop-net/mii-supported: true laptop-net/netmask: * laptop-net/use-dhcp: true laptop-net/domain-search: laptop-net/default-gateway: * laptop-net/module-name: tg3 -- /A |L |E |F (O |R alefor(@)gmx.de Lust, ein paar Euro nebenbei zu verdienen?
