Bug#861978: xscorch: Segfault on startup
Package: xscorch Version: 0.2.1-1+nmu1+b2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, *** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? I installed XScorch and ran it. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I tried to change the locale by running is with LANG=en_US. This fixed language issues, but did not fix the segfault. * What was the outcome of this action? XScorch closed on startup with a series of language-related errors and a segmenation fault. * What outcome did you expect instead? *** End of the template - remove these template lines *** -- System Information: Debian Release: 9.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.9.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages xscorch depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 2.22.0-1 ii libc62.24-10 ii libcairo21.14.8-1 ii libfontconfig1 2.11.0-6.7+b1 ii libfreetype6 2.6.3-3.2 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.36.5-2 ii libglib2.0-0 2.50.3-2 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.31-2 ii libmikmod3 3.3.10-1 ii libpango-1.0-0 1.40.5-1 ii libpangocairo-1.0-0 1.40.5-1 ii libpangoft2-1.0-01.40.5-1 Versions of packages xscorch recommends: ii xfonts-100dpi 1:1.0.4+nmu1 xscorch suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
Bug#861338: gksu: GKSu always says my password is wrong when executed from another application
Package: gksu Version: 2.0.2-9 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, *** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? * What was the outcome of this action? * What outcome did you expect instead? *** End of the template - remove these template lines *** I installed gdebi, which I believe uses gksu for the password prompt. Whenever I enter a password, even a correct password, it says the password is incorrect. Bug#861337: gnome-maps: GNOME Maps displays nothing
Package: gnome-maps Version: 3.14 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, I installed a fresh copy of Debian 8 GNOME and I found that GNOME Maps displayed absolutely nothing in the main view. The headerbar was visible, but otherwise I just saw a Mapbox logo and a single point representing my "location." I tried reinstalling GNOME Maps - this didn't work. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.7 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)
