Bug#959188: gnome-terminal: SHELL env variable honored only for first tab not for subsequent open tabs in the same window
Package: gnome-terminal Version: 3.36.1.1-3 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, When running gnome terminal with a environment variable SHELL this is honored only at the first tab, not of subsequent tabs example running env SHELL=/usr/bin/fish gnome-terminal will open a window with the fish shell, but then opening a new tab in that window will use the system default shell. Hi Jakub, I understand your point of view and I knew that are already there many C/C++ testing framework, the difference to the other framework is the binary of tests are shared library and not executable, and the "test runner" have built in raw memory leak detector that allow to have a leak report per test. anyway one of the main reasons because i want publish this package is that is used in other software that i want to package early like: https://github.com/tglman/orientdb-c about the origin package i extract it from the git repository with "git archive" this is the branch:http://sourceforge.net/p/testframework/ctesf/code/ci/debian/tree/, this is my first debian package so probably I'm doing it wrong!! about the Lintian errors I just verified that when i did the "debuild -S -sa" i will not get errors, and i thought was enough, so i'm going to read more about lintian ;) I can understand if you don't want accept this package, but i'm looking for package also other software(maybe more interesting), so can you give me a feedback about the mistakes in this package in such way i can avoid it in the next!
