ccls is safe to binNMU. Have you asked release team to setup llvm-defaults
transition, so they will binNMU packages when needed.

archive, it would be great if you could upgrade to -13 (or -12).

Bookworm won't ship with llvm-toolchain-11

llvm-defaults is now pointing to -13.
