Neither of these are in testing, and they still depends qgis (3.22.5+dfsg-1) FTBFS due to sip6 (#1009939) and not supporting Multi-Arch paths for gdal which is fixed in git. sip6 (6.6.1+dfsg-2) fixed the issue causing qgis to FTBFS, and the gdal issue was subsequently fixed in qgis (3.22.6+dfsg-1).
