There has been some progress.

Qscintilla 2.13.3 is entering unstable.

Trove-classifiers is in the queue for entering Debian:

Eric7 is packaged on Salsa. Works but not ready for upload but will be as soon 
as Trove-classifiers enters Debian

Please download, build and test.
