Unless you particularly want to go through a reject and re-upload
cycle, it's fine to just close the bug manually once the upload is
accepted, and fix it in git for incorporation into any subsequent
bullseye upload.

(We can reject the current upload if you want, but it's not necessary
IMO.)

I made a typo in the changelog which means the bug number won't be
closed automatically.
It says:  Closes #9978240  but it should be  Closes: #997824)

How should we handle this?
