This is reported at the upstream project as a known bug
<URL: https://github.com/tiran/pysha3/issues/15>.

Fortunately, the code base already has a fallback local implementation of
the function, and upstream have already fixed this bug by using that local
implementation unconditionally.

I will incorporate that change in a new Debian release of this package.
