Dear maintainer,

there is a new upstream release available, cf.
:

| - New supports:
|   * Norwegian: IBM865, ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-15 and WINDOWS-1252.
|   * Danish: IBM865.
| - Minimum CMake version bumped to 3.1 (requirement was 2.8.5 before) to
|   have CMake exported targets:
|   * The executable uchardet::uchardet
|   * The library uchardet::libuchardet
|   * The static library uchardet::libuchardet_static
| - Fix build issues for UWP on Windows.
| - Add uchardet CLI tool building support for MSVC.
| - Various bug fixes and docs/README tweaks.

Please update the package when you think it is due time.
