Bug#1032589: sq-wot: Please update

Hi

I have started to look at updating the group of sequoia packages as
part of packaging https://crates.io/crates/sequoia-chameleon-gnupg

But since we are in a freeze right now I haven't spent very much time
on it, am very happy to collaborate on the effort.

FYI you can check the docs for 0.2 at
https://docs.rs/sequoia-wot/0.2.0/sequoia_wot/index.html, or any other version,
by clicking `sequoia-wot-{version}` at the upper left corner, and choosing from
lower right corner of the popup.

Please try to update this tool in order to have a more recent version
in Bookworm!


I tried to update sequoia-wot and got

dpkg-checkbuilddeps: error: Unmet build dependencies: 
librust-clap-mangen-0.2+default-dev librust-openpgp-cert-d-0.1+default-dev 
librust-sequoia-cert-store-0.2+default-dev librust-sequoia-openpgp-1-dev (>= 
1.13-~~) librust-sequoia-policy-config-0.5+default-dev

clap-mancgen, openpgp-cert sequoia-cert-store and sequoia-policy-config
don't seem to be in Debian at all.

February 2022. It remained with relatively little changes until last
December, but since then, five new releases were announced (it

functionality.

Please try to update this tool in order to have a more recent version
in Bookworm!
