Fixed upstream in 0.20 and 0.23 is being uploaded to experimental. We 
can close this once we confirm the failures are fixed.

Version in testing is not affected as we did not have tests enabled.

Failures:

  1) Prometheus::Client::Helper::MmapedFile file does not exist creates 
a file with minimum initial size
