Bug#1037457: bluetooth: Bluetooth does not work, command 0x2005 tx timeout
Package: bluetooth Version: 5.71-1 Followup-For: Bug #1037457 X-Debbugs-Cc: vent...@debian.org Dear Maintainer, I think I have the same issue as the original reporter. I recently have troubles with random disconnects of my bluetooth headset (Bose QC). The only way to reconnect is to restart the bluetooth service. Here is a hopefully relevant journalctl entry that pops up when it happens: Mär 20 16:33:29 fiona kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Opcode 0x2005 failed: -110 Mär 20 16:33:29 fiona kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: command 0x2005 tx timeout Mär 20 16:33:31 fiona kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: command 0x2041 tx timeout Mär 20 16:33:31 fiona kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Opcode 0x2041 failed: -110 Mär 20 16:33:32 fiona kernel: xhci_hcd :06:00.4: Timeout while waiting for setup device command Mär 20 16:33:38 fiona kernel: xhci_hcd :06:00.4: Timeout while waiting for setup device command Mär 20 16:33:38 fiona kernel: usb 6-4: device not accepting address 17, error -62 Mär 20 16:33:39 fiona bluetoothd[1002]: profiles/audio/avdtp.c:cancel_request() Start: Connection timed out (110) Mär 20 16:33:39 fiona wireplumber[2844]: Acquire /org/bluez/hci0/dev_78_2B_64_A0_53_9D/sep1/fd5 returned error: org.bluez.Error.Failed Mär 20 16:33:39 fiona wireplumber[2844]: (bluez_output.78_2B_64_A0_53_9D.1-107) running -> error (Received error event) Mär 20 16:33:39 fiona wireplumber[2844]: Failure in Bluetooth audio transport /org/bluez/hci0/dev_78_2B_64_A0_53_9D/sep1/fd5 Mär 20 16:33:39 fiona pipewire[2843]: pw.node: (bluez_output.78_2B_64_A0_53_9D.1-107) idle -> error (Received error event) Mär 20 16:33:41 fiona bluetoothd[1002]: profiles/audio/avdtp.c:cancel_request() Abort: Connection timed out (110) Mär 20 16:33:41 fiona dbus-daemon[1008]: [system] Rejected send message, 0 matched rules; type="method_return", sender=":1.173" (uid=1000 pid=2844 comm="/usr/bin/wireplumber") interface="(unset)" member="(unset)" error name="(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination=":1.2" (uid=0 pid=1002 comm="/usr/libexec/bluetooth/bluetoothd") Mär 20 16:33:41 fiona gsd-media-keys[3421]: Unable to get default sink Mär 20 16:33:43 fiona kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Opcode 0x2005 failed: -110 Mär 20 16:33:43 fiona kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: command 0x2005 tx timeout Mär 20 16:33:45 fiona kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: command 0x2041 tx timeout Mär 20 16:33:45 fiona kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Opcode 0x2041 failed: -110 Mär 20 16:33:50 fiona obexd[37776]: disconnected: Transport got disconnected
