Hi Thorsten,

thank you very much for force-ip-protocol, it's very handy.

Unfortunately the debian package does not install /usr/bin/ipv4 or
/usr/bin/ipv6. Assuming you did that deliberately (because they would be
quite generic; I woudn't mind though :), maybe naming them
force-ipv4/force-ipv6 would be less generic?

Anyhow - having the helpers in the path and in the binary package would
be super useful.
