Actually I think it's better to just disable the unused feature
completely and then we can close this bug.

Upstream says gegl's ff-load and ff-save functions aren't used yet and
they don't have an immediate fix for the crash. So I'm going to
mitigate this issue by disabling the 7 specific build tests that fail
now.
