Dear Maintainer,

This issue was fixed by openshot-qt/3.1.1+dfsg1-1 uploaded in sid on
October, 11th.
This is the relevant upstream commit [1] that was merged in openshot-qt
3.1.0 and newer versions.

buildd confirms that your package builds fine [2]

openshot-qt fails to build with Sphinx 7.1 and docutils 0.20, both of which
are currently available in experimental.
