Bug#1050264: Updating the bleachbit Uploaders list

Hi, when I'll have time I'll prepare for next upload with latest 
upstream version and also fixing this, is ok move debian python team as 
maintainer and remove Hugo remaining without a person in the maintainers 
list (uploaders field)?


Lately I've been helping this package a bit occasionally since no one 
was working on it and it's one of the software I use but I don't know if 
I have enough time to maintain it well (doing quick uploads as needed) 
and in the long term. So I don't know is good whether to join uploaders 
or not.

Hugo Lefeuvre  has retired, so can't work on
the bleachbit package anymore (at least with this address).

We are tracking their status in the MIA team and would like to ask you
to remove them from the Uploaders list of the package so we can close
that part of the file.

(If the person is listed as Maintainer, what we are asking is to please
step in as a new maintainer.)
