Although I can see you've mentioned them above, your trace file at 
http://mirror.hoobly.com/debian/project/trace/mirror.hoobly.com doesn't
contain either the Maintainer or Sponsor fields, which our tooling
exists to find there.

The location of the server is also a little unclear - your submission
says US, but the IP address claims to be GoDaddy Germany.
