Dear Maintainer,

     Currently no loong64 binary output for libcrcutil in Loongarch env.
The buildd link is following:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=++libcrcutil%E2%80%8B&suite=sid


I have verified by Add loong64 to debian/control file, All test cases 
are passed in my local env.

Attach the control patch.
