change that looks relavent (but non-rc)

After being rebuilt for the time64 transition, samba-dsdb-modules
depends on both libgpgme11 and libgpgme11t64. As a
result it is uninstallable on architectures that are undergoing
the time64 transition (armel, armhf and some debian-ports
architectures).

Ubuntu has already fixed this issue by removing the hardcoded
dependency on libgpgme11
