Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
After Bullseye to Bookworm upgrade, ODBC connection with old
MySQL/MariaDB cluster, ceased to work

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
 ineffective)?
$ isql -vvv foobar
[S1000][unixODBC][ma-3.1.15]Unknown system variable ‘session_track_schema’

This bug seems to relate with [1] which can solved by 3.1.16
[1] https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/ODBC-362

At the same time, directly using mysql binary works OK.
$ mysql -h foo -u bar -p mydb

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
