Hi Andreas,

How long might the new driver version stay in oldstable-proposed-updates until
it moves to oldstable-updates?
I just ran into this issue when upgrading to kernel 5.10.0-30-amd64 on a test
machine and am looking for a solution before attempting to roll the updates out
to our lab machines.

Cheers,

Merlin.

There is already a newer driver version in oldstable-proposed-updates.
Does it fix the issue?

Andreas

Perhaps that was just a question out of politeness, and I’m not the OP, but
it did for me. Thank you both - so much easier when a search engine query
shows that someone else has gone first.

Given the short time until the point release will happen, I won't push
for getting this into -updates first.
