Sorry for the late reply.

Done that, thanks for the reminder. I think we have a pretty good
chance for 0.56 to make it into sarge. The freeze is still not
anounced and I'll probably release 0.56 within the next 14 days.

This bug still exist in debian sarge (testing), so please add sarge tag
to this bug and reopen it.
