Package: libhowl-dev Version: 0.9.8-2 Severity: important howl/howl.h does not have the correct prefix within it for including its files, so it tries to include /usr/include/salt/salt.h instead of /usr/include/howl/salt/salt.h. It's hard to autoconf for this, since other platforms do this correctly.
