Since the last upgrade every fax fails with the above message and gets
requeued. Still the receiver get the fax as often as hylafax requeues
the message. I have to manually remove every fax from the queue to stop
it sending again and again until it stops like so:

I cannot see that anything has been changed in the configuration exept
that I kept my old faxrcvd. So far I have no report that sending a fax
to us failed.
Ah yes, we use a ISDN card from AVM (FritzCard pci) with capi4hylafax.

I will send this report upstream, since it doesn't seems related to the
debian packaging.

Could you attach to this report a log created using a
sessiontracing=0xfff ?

Thanks,
Giuseppe

Bug#293540: hylafax-server: Connection dropped with Reason 0x3303

2005-02-04 Thread Giuseppe Sacco
reassign 293540 libcapi20-2
notforwarded 293540
thanks

According the hylafax maintainer, this should be a bug in libcapi20-2 or
capi4hylafax.

More informations about the maintainer explaination is available at
http://bugs.hylafax.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=619

Might it be an interaction problem between the new hylafax 4.2.1 and
libcapi?

Giuseppe
