E2K_DEBUG=5 /usr/lib/evolution/2.0/evolution-exchange-storage
And then attempt to synchronise my Palm Pilot calendar the
evolution-exchange-storage process hangs with
Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x7b)!
during (or perhaps immediately after) the first VCALENDAR event is
processed. The same error whether the event came from the Exchange
server or the Palm Pilot.
And gpilotd hangs waiting on the conduit.
This error message occurs whether evolution or gpilot are running
or not, so it's not related to any drawing code in there.
However, this type of error message seems to be attributed to threading
problems. For example, see

I have successfully synchronised my Palm Pilot to the local This
Computer - Personal calendar.
I have managed to build the package from source on a sarge (testing) box
too, and get the same problem.
