Using the new alsa setting, kphone exits on call connect with the
message:

CallAudio: Opening ALSA device for Input
cannot set channel count (Invalid argument)

I have 2 sound devices on the system, the default (alsa
recognises as card 0) is my USB phone, the other is an Intel
82801BA-ICH2
