Hi, There are probably two or three problems here:
1. High load: Munin does not complete processing in time for the new run to start 5 minutes later. => Manage your load, get more CPU/memory/disk 2. Very fuzzy locking logic, fixed in upstream r1175 3. Lock files left over after reboot. They should be stored in a volatile filesystem or in a directory that is cleared when booting.
