I will upload a new revision of the package which includes a new depend
(qcad-doc-en | qcad-doc-cs | qcad-doc-de | qcad-doc-hu), when the next
upstream release is available. I hope it's released soon.

There's a menu option under Help labelled Manual. I was disapponted to
note that nothing happens at all. Naturally, I'd like a manual. If you
package the manual in a separate package, there should be some sort of
notice that the manual isn't available, or the option could be removed
from the menu.
