Therefore I would like to be able to specify that
APT::Get::AllowUnauthenticated be applied either for specific lines in

You can use a source such as:

 deb [trusted=yes] http://localhost/debian/ unstable main

Thank you!

feature.

Bug#316274: apt: I would like to use AllowUnauthenticated only for localhost

2005-06-29 Thread frank
Package: apt
Version: 0.6.38
Severity: wishlist

-- /etc/apt/sources.list --

deb http://localhost:/debian sid main contrib non-free
deb http://localhost/localapt/ experimental main
#deb http://localhost/localapt/ unstable main
#deb http://people.debian.org/~frank/teTeX-3.0 sarge main

The first line refers to an apt-proxy repository, which should be
handled normal. The second line is for a local repository with packages
for testing purposes. Since these change frequently, I would prefer not
to be forced to sign the Release file every time I upload a new version
(which could be 3 times in 5 minutes...)

Therefore I would like to be able to specify that
APT::Get::AllowUnauthenticated be applied either for specific lines in
sources.list, or for specific host:port pairs.

Thanks for considering,
Frank
