I had opendb-0.80-dev19, which was installed manually in the past.

I didn't get a prompt to select an existing database. I was only given
prompts for the mysql root user account+password, and opendb database
name.

Well, after the opendb installation wiped my database, I removed the
opendb package and continued with a manual installation with
opendb-0.81p12. I ran the upgrade scripts from opendb-0.81p12.
