It seems that the gpgme support was coded against a very old version of gpgme. It will be some work to fix it, but upstream will have a look. Ok, this is not a bug. I guess you used libgpgme-dev. This version is too old for the sources. If you install libgpgme11-dev the compile process will work. So I close this bug.
