No, I only occasionally check ftp.gnu.org for new version. Frankly, I'm no longer much interested in the issue and additionally intlfonts Debian package is offered for adoption. If you'd like to ask them yourself, I can try to find the corresponding e-mails from Kenichi Handa. RMS is no fan of obscure licensing either, and these are being distributed by GNU. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I can't see any font present in emacs-intl-fonts package not being present in xfonts-intl-* packages (and both emacs-intl-fonts and xfont-intl-* come from the same source package). Could you provide more specific information please? The license problem still persists. Kenichi Handa told me some years ago the problems should be fixed in intlfonts 1.3, but that version hasn't been released yet. TBB> Or, if they aren't there, why does the README.Debian file TBB> promise that the copyright file would explain, when it doesn't? This information is indeed confusing, I'll fix it in the next upload. Regards, Milan Zamazal -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Package: intlfonts Version: 1.2.1-3 Severity: wishlist Please package the Amharic, Tibetan, and Tigrigna fonts from the upstream intlfonts package into appropriate xfonts-intl-* packages. These fonts were once apparently not packaged because of a license problem, but the problem has clear been solved, since the source is now available in the emacs-intl-fonts package. Or, if they aren't there, why does the README.Debian file promise that the copyright file would explain, when it doesn't?
