Hummm, I see. I guess that informing upstream would be the best thing
(if it isn't easy to modify the sources for xmms-crossfade).

Unfortunately the configure script checks for bmp are quite outdated
and don't work at all. I guess this needs to be adjusted upstream
before we could get proper bmp support.
With this mail I report this as a wishlist bug against xmms-crossfade
so this issue won't be forgotten. Rogério, if you don't mind I'll also
set you as the submitter of the bug so you get notified once there is
a bmp-crossfade package.
