CapsShift is not currently handled in DirectFB (#383220) but is not
handled in kbd-chooser's loadkeys either… :)

We have worked around this issue by replacing CapsShift by Shift in the 
fr-latin9 keymap file on the fly.

Leaving the report open to await a final fix of #339352. At that time the 
workaround in rootskel-gtk (S63fr-latin9-fix) should be reverted.
