Jeffrey,
This bug is about removing the source package with the name
mozilla-firefox, and the likely approach to be taken is to add the
dummy transitional binary package to the new firefox source.

On that note, I feel like having that transitional package would
require some sort of notification to users who install it that they're
not getting Mozilla Firefox (TM), but just Debian's version of
Firefox.
