Bug#354916: python2.3-sqlobject not installable in unstable (missing formencode)
Hi Fabio, Do you know if the python-formencode dependency was introduced in 0.7 ? I'm asking because 0.6 works well without this in ubuntu. Considering that python-formencode is a requirement starting with the 0.7 release and we can't upload it yet, if it will take too much time, i think you should revert back to 0.6 for a while. The rationale is that a 'old' 0.6 installable is better than a 0.7 uninstallable. Comments? I already contacted Ian (the upstream author of formencode) to clear some license issues which prevented me to upload the package to the archive, but he hasn't had enough time to upload a modified package on his website. All I can do is to wait for such a release.
