Bug#354966: libpisock-dev: /usr/lib/libpisync.so points to a not existing lib

Install libpisync0 from unstable and the problem will be solved. Another solution is to use libpisock-dev also from experimental but I don't think you want to do that if the build evolution package is uploaded in unstable.
