Bug#360419: libgtkmm-2.4-dev unmet dependencies

There appears to the some sort of dependecy problem with 
libgtkmm-2.4-dev which prevents it from installing correctly.

Here is a transcript.


$sudo apt-get -s install libgtkmm-2.4-dev

Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.

What architecture do you use?

And can you try again - it would work now.

(Sometimes a new package is uploaded which has such a strict depends,
but the package is only uploaded one one architecture and then it'll
need a day or two to be built on other architectures.  So that's when
you see a failure like this.)
