Sorry for this guys. So, this bug could be retitled to: allow setting options to winbind's initscript (in /etc/default). I attached proposals. Sorry again, but hope it helps. Package: winbind Version: 3.0.14a-3sarge0bxlug0 Severity: important When issuing a /etc/init.d/winbind restart, the restart ignores the $WINBINDD_OPTS set in /etc/default/winbind. As by default there are already 2 options set, which are ignored after restart, I feel this is is an important bug, maybe even more...
