Package: libsepol1 Version: 1.12-1 Severity: normal After upgrade of libsepol1 init is still using the old version and therefore on a reboot or shutdown the root filesystem cannot be remounted read-only, which leaves the root partition in an unclean state. The solution is to run "telinit u" or "init u" in the postinst script like it's done for libc, which had the same problem in the past.
