The summary keywords has always been working. It's just that it was not
used before this and still the Testing-Watch-Summary of Henning do not
match the whole plan that was behing that keyword.
The idea was to receive real summaries about the state of the package,
like how many new bugs have been filled/closed, who has been active, etc.
