Thomas, you could help others to help you, by providing a list (in the wiki?) of what parts are missing. All user visible changes are described in NEWS.Debian. You could start using this list. I think I'm a little bit blind in doing the review of my own documentation. So I hope to get some detailed infos which parts should be improved or which information is missing or not well described. Patches are always welcome. Please do not write a huge bug patch for the documentation, but write small patches for each section or paragraph. Small patches are better to read an include into the documentation. The Severity for this bug is too high for such a generic bug. For sure, not 100 bugs must be filed, they can be concatenated in a reasonable way, like, for example putting all bugs in softinstall documentation in one report, and all for fai-cd in another one.
