Bug#393937: sensor height not saved on vertical panel

2006-11-22 Thread Sam Morris
Whoa, thanks for the fix, Alex! I'll try to get it packaged & uploaded
soon. I can't guarantee it will reach Etch, however, since we're in a
'soft' freeze at the moment. If it doesn't make it in then I'll try to
upload new packages to http://backports.org/ and point Etch users at
that location. I'll send you a patch for the downloads page on your site
once I have the details worked out. :)

I can't reproduce it. Make sure you close the preferences window before
logging out otherwise the settings won't be saved.

Can you reproduce it Sam?

Perhaps the graph height setting is being reset when the applet launches
up instead of being restored from gconf. Any idea, Alex?

Bug#393937: sensor height not saved on vertical panel

2006-10-18 Thread Joachim Breitner
Package: sensors-applet
Version: 1.7.8+dfsg-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

I have two sensors on a vertical panel. I can set the height to 35
pixels in the settins all right, and it looks good. But when I log in
the next time, it is re-set to 42 pixels. Maybe some automatic stuff
going on?

Greetings,
Joachim
