Bug#400481: mol-source doesn't build modules on current kernels

2007-05-28 Thread Yves-Alexis Perez
Package: mol-source
Version: 0.9.71.dfsg-5

mol-source is still unusable on current kernels. Using linux-2.6.20 and
linux-2.6.21, m-a a-i mol build an empty package.

Is there a progress about including this patch?

Bug#400481: mol-source doesn't build modules on current kernels

2007-07-22 Thread Brendon Higgins

Hi,

mol-source *still* doesn't build on recent kernels. 2.6.21 has entered
testing now, necessitating recompilation of mol modules, but also
making mol-source unusable. This is hardly acceptable considering a
patch has been available for 8 months.

Can someone please apply the patch?

Peace,
Brendon

Hi Brendon

I just uploaded a new mol package, that should fix this bug.

Please consider that the mol packaging is completely a volunteer effort!
If you'd like to see more activity in mol packageing, feel free to join
the mol packaging team. See the RFH bug I just submitted
(http://bugs.debian.org/436450)
