It seems like sa-exim misses or does not insert proper line endings when
adding its header line.
OK, but naturally it's difficult to pinpoint a bug that manifests itself that
sporadically.
Is it always the Subject field that misses the newline? Never the X-Spam-*
fields?
Is [warszawa] the entire contents of the original Subject field? Is it always
just the newline that disappears?
Actually, the only way I can see that this bug can happen, is if line 442:
*header=string_sprintf(%s\n, *header); were mysteriously skipped. If memory
allocation fails Exim panics and dies, which would cause the mail to be
deferred.
