Unfortunately, these files cannot be located in other packages.
The trouble is that full path to PXE images is hardcoded in the "vl.c" source file. According to it, you have to store your files in the
"/usr/share/qemu/" directory with names "pxe-CARDMODEL.bin".I believe that inclusion these files in the package will be a right solution.
