It's all ASL licensed if not marked as such. Provide patches that make the files look like this: http://svn.codehaus.org/plexus/plexus-containers/trunk/plexus- container-default/src/main/java/org/codehaus/plexus/ DefaultComponentLookupManager.java Or, I'll give you temporary access to fix whatever files you find need fixing. I don't have time change this stuff right now, but I'll eventually get there as I will propose to move Plexus to Apache at some point in the near future.
