Bug#426764: changing "parameters" crashes nautilus-actions-config
Package: nautilus-actions Version: 1.4-1 Severity: important --- Please enter the report below this line. --- Hello, it seems changing the "parameters" field in the "Add a New Action" causes a segmentation fault if the value is not correct, _after_ a correct value has been set. Step to reproduce : 1. Launch nautilus-actions-config and click on Add to create a new action 2. In the "Parameters" field at the bottom on the window, enter a value, like "%f" 3. Now, delete the "f" character I attach the complete backtrace to this, if it can help ... You say that it crashes right after you delete the 'f' character? I get a GTK warning on the command line when I do this, but no crash. Like this: (nautilus-actions-config:21050): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to set text from markup due to error parsing markup: Error on line 1 char 44: Invalid UTF-8 encoded text If it is the case that your steps to reproduce are accurate, could you try rebuilding the package without stripping debugging symbols and providing the backtrace given there?
