Package: device-tree-compiler
Version: 0.1~git20070226-1
Severity: important

When using dtc from the package device-tree-compiler, dtc complains:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] build-ngs103.2.6.continuous-20070806-135135]$ dtc -I dts -O
dtb build/linux-2.6.22/arch/powerpc/boot/dts/barco8347ngs103.dts -o
build/linux-2.6.22/arch/powerpc/boot/dts/barco8347ngs103.dtb
DTC: dts->dtb  on file
"build/linux-2.6.22/arch/powerpc/boot/dts/barco8347ngs103.dts"
Warning: physical boot CPU not set. Use -b option to set
ERROR: Missing /chosen node
Input tree has errors

Since the 2.6.21 (iirc) it has been removed from the dts's of embedded
boards, see:
http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/linuxppc/patch?id=9591

This seems to be 'fixed' in later git snapshots of dtc
